Loved hearing this week about Icelandic elves. They have always been in their folklore but are not little people as we think of them
They look like us and walk among us. They are our guardians and protectors of the natural world.
Look around you. The man you see opposite you on the train and the regal looking woman walking home. Any of them might be your special angel,
Open your eyes to this life's endless possibilities.

Saw two rainbows yesterday. What a spectacular reminder of the beauty that surrounds us.
We spend our lives focused into black what what colours and sunshine always live with us.
They live side by side with us and don't forget the pot of gold at the end of each of them.
What riches and happiness we can decide to focus our lives upon. We are here for such a short time in this house of games where such magic as rainbows continuously happens. Why choose the dark cloth of life when there are endless colours to unveil to explore and live with?

Even though we cling to our lives staying the way they are we hate peace. We interpret quiet as boring without any purpose or excitement. If we're at home we need screaming. It can be kids, music, friends or the TV. But whatever or whoever it is it needs to be loud. Loud enough to block out our thoughts,
"If my mind is left to think for too long I just start to focus on the negative. I haven't got enough friends, I'm not attractive enough, I haven't got a steady relationship, my job isn't going well enough."
I can't allow myself to just rest my mind. It won't rest as it's always switched on. We're all choosing a world of unrest both domestically and globally.
Just check your choices and decide what you really want.
