Easter is a time for renewal and resurrection. All religions teach us that death does not exist. But we don't believe any of them. We always live thinking this is it and are terrified to die.
Yes the body dies but our soul essence does not. Watching a dead body white and stiff fools us into thinking this is the end. But really it's only the start for all of us. A person's essence is so pure and happy. Pleased that their earthly trial is over and with their wisdom and experience enhanced, they can now truly rest in peace.
