Blocking out the wonder of life by shutting our eyes when we only think of ourselves, by putting continuous music in our ears and bombarding our mind with negative thoughts. Most people seem to be wearing screwed up worried faces. The reality is that we live in a world full of wonder and true magic. We live in a time of relative peace which leads to self indulgence and entitlement. What our ancestors did to advance our lives to give us this pampered existence which we take for granted. Being pioneers in wild environments, dying on the Somme, fighting in the Pacific. How easy is our life? The hardest thing most people have to do is look for their morning coffee.
"But they had the adventures", you say. Your life can still be as ground breaking and forward moving as theirs. You just have to seek the magic. It's still there to find as much as ever.

Sat behind a woman (of course) on the bus who never stopped pouting and staring at herself while gazing lovingly into her phone. This continued for a full twenty minutes while we ran through the whole continuum of life as the bus rushed on to her destination. After twenty minutes of flicking back her long streaked blonde hair and thinking, "Aren't I beautiful," she got off the bus to huge sighs of relief all round.
So many of us have become so inward thinking. We block out the world's sound with headphones, the sights with staring at the phone and we think we've made ourselves immune to life. We live in our own private Idaaho.
Well think again. You're not only blocking out what you've chosen not to see you're also blocking life's colour and wonder. Life demands to be taken notice of.

As soon as the old man was released  his brother became critically ill and died two days later. Many family members choose to be together in life as well as death.
While he was waiting to die his wife came to him and said, "Why are you taking so long to die? I'm waiting for you" . She had left him fifteen years before. But now they are together again. No one really dies. They just release their body and continue on with their spiritual existence. Release is always chosen.
